At Oud Al Abraz, we aim to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team as soon as possible after placing the order.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders that have already been shipped or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
Orders placed under Cash on Delivery (COD) cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
