    Return & Refund Policy - Oud Al Abraz

    Thank you for shopping with Oud Al Abraz.
    We want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

    This policy applies to all orders placed on www.oudalabraz.com.

    1. Return Eligibility

    A product is eligible for return if:
    The item is unused, undamaged, and in original condition
    All accessories, manuals, and original packaging are included
    The customer provides a valid order ID, invoice, or proof of purchase
    The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect

    ❌ Products showing signs of use or physical damage will not be accepted.

    2. Return Window

    Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

    3. Return Cost

    Returns are FREE.
    No pickup charges or additional fees apply.

    4. Refund Process

    Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection:
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method
    Refund time: 3–7 business days
    COD refunds: processed via bank transfer or UPI
    If the product fails inspection, refund will not be issued

    5. Exchange Policy

    Customers may exchange a product for a new one (subject to availability),
    if the item received was:
    Defective
    Damaged
    Wrong item delivered

    8. Items Not Eligible for Return

    Used, dirty, or damaged products
    Items without original packaging/accessories
    Products broken due to customer misuse
    Gift items (unless defective)

    9. Order Cancellation

    Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
    Once shipped, cancellation can only be processed as a return.
